Top service great staff easy to work with won't go anywhere else thanks to the crew

Stand up guys who do great work. Their labor rates are very reasonable, good body shops aren't cheap, so you can ignore those complaining about price because they likely don't know what the prices should be. Chad was professional and amicable, as was Mike, and the lady at the front desk. I appreciate them letting me use a loaner care and I made sure to top it off with gas when I returned it. There was a minor hiccup after I picked up my vehicle that I brought to Chad's attention and he immediately went to address it. He called me back and explained what might have happened, and thanked me for bringing it to his attention. Mistakes happen, but not everyone actually addresses the issue to avoid it from happening again. I respect that. I can't comment on paint work because I did not have any paint addressed here, but the fact that they know how important blending and proper prep work is for good results tells me they know what they're doing.

Shaffer's has become my go-to place. Their customer service and dedication to making things right is top-notch. Last year my poor van was run into not once, not twice, but three times!! All three times they cared for us quickly and the van came back better than new. Just today, I swung in for an estimate on my side mirror which turned out to just need a little adjustment and it was back together. Fixed it right then and there. These guys know their stuff and I highly recommend their team of professionals to anyone who asks.

Hit a curb after snow and had them repaired the wheel on insurance. It took quite a while due to the waiting for specific parts, but communication was smooth and updates were frequent. The quality of their work is very high, and everything looks and functions as the original. Highly recommended.

The best customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. Everyone in this office is very helpful. I've previously had a bumper replaced after someone backed into and Shaffer's did great work, so when I hit a deer, I immediately told my insurance company I would be going to Shaffer's again. Unfortunately, my car was totaled by the accident, but they let me borrow a loaner for a couple days after I signed the title over to my insurance so I could set up a long term rental and look for a new car. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Shaffer's replaced a front bumper for one of our company cars. They returned the car quickly! Not only did the body work look fabulous they also cleaned out the inside of the car. It looked amazing !! Thank you so much !

Shaffer's has AMAZING service. Austin was fantastic and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and professional. They gave me a free loaner car while my car was in the shop. I cannot recommend their services enough.

Update: They contacted me immdeiately after the review. Offered their apologies for not having fixed the leak and offered to find and fix the issue for free since they said it was fixed. After some rain and a car washed, officially confirmed the issue was found this time. They were very professional, friendly, and worked with my 2 job schedule along with providing a free loaner. Definitely worth the extra price to know they will see it through until it is fixed. The work they did in my windshield looked really nice once done too. Original review below. Very friendly and professional. Little pricey but good work and loaner car for as long as car was in the shop was nice. Main reason for 2 stars is I went in to get door seals replaced and sunroof checked because my car leaked. They looked at the seals, sunroof, and drain tubes and told me the leak was from rust around my windshield, that my door seals, tubes, and sunroof were good. I asked to double check the sunroof because that's what my girlfriend suspected, and still said it was fine. Windshield resealed, rust removed, and a month later my car still leaks in the exact same way (month later because it finally rained enough to find out). So now I get to spend more money and still need to figure out the leak.

Hassle free experience and excellent work. Went to Shaffer's on a recommendation from the local Honda dealership. Photos are taken from all angles before work starts. They provide company cars at no extra charge for driving in town until repairs are finished - this was fantastic because my insurance company covers a Hertz facility 25 miles away. Overall, I was very happy with the work completed. They were able to take big hail dents out of the roof of my vehicle without scratching the clear coat. Looked like a brand new car at pick-up -- highly recomend this auto body shop.
