Chad and his team were incredible to work with. We're from out of town and got caught in a multi-car snowstorm pile up on Interstate 35. Shaffer's provided us with a loaner car to get a rental car and quickly pulled together an estimate so we could start the process with insurance. Highly recommend Shaffer's!

Chad was super amazing! I went there for a quote to get my bumper reattached (came off the clips in the front a little bit). He explained to me that I might have hit a small bird that could have caused it to come displaced. I had a quote done earlier in the day from another body shop and they told me that it would be $150 to take it off and re-install it. I thought that was a pretty decent price. Then I come to Shaffer's and Chad comes out and pops it right back in! Mind you, I came in 15 min before they closed. Such great service. I've always gotten my body work done here after an accident and each time they have been super awesome! (Yes, I have been in multiple).

WHERE DO I BEGIN! These guys are absolutely amazing. Most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This, in my opinion, is the ONLY auto body company that anyone should ever take their vehicle too. Not only are they quick and speedy on your estimate but it is done right, it is done with full compassion, and with full respect for your time and your vehicle. I would like to specifically give a shout out to Chad the assistant manager. He has gone above an beyond. Chad and his entire staff of highly trained employees are completely willing to speak with you, educate you on what they have done, and keep you in the loop on your car repairs. They treat you like family, like you belong there. Not just as a paying customer. I will forever recommend this place and continue bring in any vehicle I ever need worked on. Thank you Shaffers.

Recently saw a couple of very small dents I never noticed that required a paintless dent fix. They were able to get me in the following day after going for an estimate and fixed it at a good price. Would definitely recommend for any body work to be done.

When I started looking at shops to fix my busted front bumper I was cautious on who to take my car to. I was going to take it to the hyundai dealership but my insurance guy said they were over charging. I decided to take my chances with Shaffers Auto Body Co. and they agreed with my insurance guy. I didn't have any problems through the whole process. They even have be a loaner car to get around. When I got my car back it was nice and vaccumned out and had a nice wash, along with the bumper matching the same color as the car. Took my car in on a Thursday and got it back Tuesday the following week. 5 stars for these guys. Thanks

Always kind, courteous and accommodating. Can't say enough good things about Schaffer's. I've brought my car here a number of times and the quality of customer service is unparalleled! They will give you a loaner car if need be, I've walked in and been helped same day, and offered coffee/tea in the process. Far and above the best place I have ever brought my car!
