Amazing service! Chad was a delight and left me going "wow!" which doesn't happen much. Highly recommend
Fixed my Chevy impala bumper that we completely damaged here in the derecho. Fast and easy to schedule and pickup with very little contact!
Great people - and excellent customer service
Wonderful service, polite, respectful people who took care of us as well as our vehicle!
Fast , friendly service. Quality works and free loaner car, no questions asked!
Amazing folks to work with. I am so grateful to have found a shop in town I trust! They're honest and forward with informing me about repairs and giving me timelines of what needs to be done now and what can wait. They've got me as a customer for life!
I've used Shaffer's Auto Body a handful of times over the years & the repairs performed have always been top notch or as explained. Loaner cars are available so you're not stuck having to rent a vehicle.
I have used Shaffer's personally on two occasions now, with the first time going off without a hitch. The second visit involved some hidden damage and a supplemental claim, and Chad worked to ensure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I also deal with them from a business perspective and they are easy going and VERY helpful.
