Over the years, we have worked with many insurance companies. We are a direct repair facility for most of these, which enables us to go directly to repairing your vehicle with less down time. We have established good relationships with the agents and adjusters, as well. If your car is being repaired through the direct repair program, you will be working with Dennis Menke. Dennis handles most of the DRP repair jobs that go through the facility. For you as our customer, we will do whatever is necessary to speed your claim through the insurance process and keep it as hassle free for you as possible.
